Adding a ramp up light

Currently use a tuna blue 350 kessil light which is great but not programmable. Only manual.

I want to add a small ramp up/down light so my tank can adjust to the kessil power when it turns on/off. To more replicate daylight.

My question is which light should I pick? I want it to just be blue light or if itís both, it should be low powered, but still have somewhat of a grow potential. I also want to try and clip it to my kessil.
