I think I finally rid my biocube of them... I just carefully figured out what rock they were coming from and removed the rock. Put it in a small container of saltwater until the worm came out and died... I was never able to find either of the recommended cone species :/

The likelihood that all the worms were in one rock or that you only had one single worm is very low. Keep an eye out, there are most likely many more hiding around

Well, if you have a bunch of small ones, C. regius might actually be able to take care of them. Conus vexillum can eat ones as big around as your ring finger, but they eat them 4 or 6 inches at a time. Whether they eat a section of the worm, and the rest of the worm recovers, is still unanswered as far as I know.

Yeah I took out rocks every time I saw one and haven’t see them for a while so I’m hoping they’re gone
